Job summary

Olshan Properties seeks a Cluster Director of Revenue Management to lead revenue optimization across a diverse property cluster in a remote-capable role. You will drive top-line performance through strategic planning, rate strategy, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.

The position requires 3–5 years of multi-brand revenue management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with GRO and One Yield.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in hotel revenue management.
• Multi-brand experience with GRO (Hilton) and One Yield (Marriott).
• Experience with Kalibri, TravelClick/Demand360, OTA Insight/Lighthouse.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor revenue management strategies across all distribution channels.
• Optimize room rates, availability, and inventory to maximize occupancy and RevPAR.
• Lead weekly Revenue Strategy Meetings for the cluster with sales, marketing, and operations involvement.
• Collaborate with property-level teams to execute commercial strategies and hit revenue targets.
• Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and rolling forecasts; conduct displacement analysis for group and negotiated business.
