Job summary

Xtensys is a rapidly growing MSP delivering healthcare technology solutions from New York to nationwide, now hiring a Cloverleaf Integration Engineer. You will design, implement, and support HL7, X12, FHIR, and API-based interfaces between Epic and third-party apps using Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite.

Collaborate across application, infrastructure, and clinical teams to ensure secure, scalable integrations. Remote role with occasional travel and after-hours support required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or equivalent.
• Certified Cloverleaf is required; Epic Bridges certification preferred.
• Experience administering Infor Cloverleaf Integration Suite and supporting production healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain healthcare interfaces using Cloverleaf.
• Build/test/deploy HL7 interfaces and translate logic with Xlate, TPS, and Cloverleaf routing.
• Collaborate with Epic analysts during implementations, upgrades, Go-Live support, and optimization.
• Administer Cloverleaf environments, monitor performance, and ensure data security and compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
