Qualifications

• Two+ years of overall work experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with C#, .NET/ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, REST API development, Git source control, and Agile software development practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; approval prior to onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modernize, and maintain mission-critical applications supporting SBA.
• Develop full-stack web applications using Microsoft technologies and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and database integrations.
• Support modernization of legacy applications to current .NET platforms and architectures.
• Develop and support workflow management, document management, and loan processing applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile planning and software delivery activities.
• Support DevSecOps and CI/CD implementation activities.
• Contribute to technical design reviews and knowledge sharing.
