Job summary

Weave is seeking an infrastructure engineer to build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure powering our services. You will work with a modern tech stack, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Go, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, and Vault.

You will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform. This remote role reports to Engineering Manager and involves automation, designing highly available systems, and participating in weekly

Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Strong Kubernetes and container orchestration skills.
• Proficient in IaC and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate day-to-day operations of infrastructure.
• Design and implement highly available and scalable systems.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and scaling of Weave's platform.
• Collaborate with product teams to resolve production issues and improve monitoring.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation.
