Job summary

Tungsten Automation is seeking an IT Cloud Specialist to support and administer the cloud technology stack. You will ensure high availability, manage M365 services, and implement security controls. The role requires hands-on expertise with Azure, AWS, and O365, plus scripting and governance capabilities.

Ideal candidates have strong IAM, PowerShell, and cross-team collaboration skills, and can work across time zones in a remote setup.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
  • Subject matter expert of Office 365, Azure Security, Azure, AWS, VMware, GPO, AD, Azure IaaS/PaaS.
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access management incl. MFA, SSO, RBAC.
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with Graph API, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
  • Ability to work across time zones and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Install, integrate, and maintain multi-tenant cloud systems (Azure, AWS, O365).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, AD configurations.
  • Monitor security alerts, governance, and policy enforcement across the stack.
  • Lead troubleshooting for complex M365 issues across services.
  • Create and maintain documentation, scripts, and diagrams.
