Job summary

ICF International is seeking a Mid-Level Software Engineer to lead mission-critical initiatives supporting the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). You will design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript in cloud-hosted environments including AWS GovCloud.

The role requires a solid SDLC background, experience with Oracle and SQL Server, and collaboration with Agile teams to deliver secure, high-performance software solutions for government

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in SDLC for enterprise apps.
Experience with Java or Kotlin and TypeScript.
Experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for secure, mission-critical applications.
Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript with focus on scalability and maintainability.
Develop and optimize database solutions on Oracle and SQL Server with attention to data integrity and security.
Build and support cloud-based solutions within AWS GovCloud and troubleshoot integrations.
Collaborate in an Agile environment with product owners, architects, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams.
Perform code reviews, unit/integration testing, and create technical documentation.
