Qualifications

• Provide in-depth technical knowledge during product evaluation and POC
• Excellent presentation skills with focus on dialogue over monologue
• English and Mandarin required for communication with customers
• Strong knowledge of Orca Cloud Security solutions and platforms
• Keep up-to-date with Orca product releases and internal procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support for qualified opportunities and POC for the Orca Cloud Security solution
• Deliver technical presentations to new potential customers
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to plan and implement sales strategies
• Serve as subject matter expert for Orca Cloud Solution
• Represent the company at events, trade shows, and user group meetings
• Maintain CRM and engage with Sales and Engineering teams
• Lead or participate in technical working sessions to architect customer solutions
