Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Security, to drive enterprise-scale remediation across Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will lead a cross-functional team to strengthen controls, reduce risk, and implement policy-as-code and automation for secure cloud deployments.

You will collaborate with engineering, privacy, and compliance teams, champion secure development practices, and mentor junior staff while aligning with Cognizant’s values and mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Six+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least four years in cloud security.
• Two+ years of experience leading teams or as a tech lead in cloud security.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Experience remediating enterprise-scale cloud security deficiencies.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking security and hybrid connectivity.
• Knowledge of cloud identity, least-privilege access, and PAM.
• Experience with cloud security automation and monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present metrics to leadership.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to meaningful outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead cloud security remediation initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Reduce public cloud exposure with private endpoints and secure network architectures.
• Develop policy-as-code frameworks and automation for secure deployments.
• Oversee remediation lifecycle using security monitoring and risk-based prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed cloud security into development and operations workflows.
