Job summary

Arthrex is seeking an Engineer II - Product Security to support security across cloud environments and engineering software delivery. You will monitor and triage security findings, tune rules, and help with incident response and regulatory readiness, working with global teams in a fast-paced medical device setting.

Ideal candidates have hands-on cloud security, CSPM/CNAPP tooling, and experience with AWS/Azure services, combined with threat modeling and security-by-design principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in cloud security, security operations, or security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud security findings and triage incidents across AWS/Azure.
• Maintain detection rules, alert policies, and health of security tooling.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and runbooks.
• Assist with SOC 2 and HIPAA audit readiness and evidence collection.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and IT to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Travel may be required for support and collaboration.
