Job summary

Lumen is a trusted network for the AI-powered world, delivering secure, high-performance cloud and data protection. As a Cloud Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and run security solutions across cloud environments, protecting infrastructure, applications, and data.

You’ll collaborate with Cybersecurity Engineering teammates, support MFA, endpoint security, email security, and DLP, and stay ahead of threats with ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information/Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Experience in cloud security with MFA, DLP, Email Security and Endpoint Security.
• Candidate must be able to obtain Government Suitability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage security solutions for cloud environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts in the cloud.
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation for cloud security.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure comprehensive security measures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with security trends, threats, and technologies related to cloud security.
• Provide operational engineering support for MFA, Endpoint Security, Email Security and DLP as needed.
