Job summary

EXPANSIA is seeking a Cloud Project Manager II to lead development and integration of innovative cloud solutions for defense programs. Remote work available; you will identify risks, manage backlogs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure contractual deliverables on time and within budget.

The role requires an active Secret Clearance, a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (or equivalent) and hands-on Agile/Scrum discipline.

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or an associate’s with 6 years; or HS diploma with 8 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience applying Agile and Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices.
DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification is required.
At least one cloud certification is required.

Responsibilities

Lead development by outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.
Liaise with stakeholders to represent interests while coordinating with the team to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Manage the business aspects of the project to deliver the right product on time and within budget.
Maintain flexibility and adapt to changes in scope, priorities, or requirements.
Provide technical support to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure quality across program functions.
Ensure all contractual deliverables are met or exceeded to customer satisfaction.
