Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Associate Business Development Lead to own and scale our cloud go-to-market motion, driving growth through hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV alliances. You will build marketplace/co-sell programs and enablement content, coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and Sales Ops to turn partnerships into pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in business development, partnerships, or channel/alliances with marketplace or hyperscaler experience.
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Exposure to ISV partnerships and resell models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale hyperscaler partnerships, co-sell motions, and marketplace programs.
• Build enablement content and support partner events to drive engagement.
• Track pipeline, map relationships, and report alliance health to leadership.
• Develop joint business plans with ISV partners and create battlecards with marketing and solution engineering.
