Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an Enterprise Cloud & Migration Architect to lead end-to-end strategy for migrating workloads to hybrid targets (Azure, AWS, colocation). This W2 contract role supports a multi-year program with remote work and travel <25%.

You will enforce a structured 10-step pipeline, ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA/BAA/DSA), and deliver auditable CMDB closeout packages for decommissioning the source facility.

Formación

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS for landing zones and multi-cloud
• Experience leading large-scale migration factory programs (100+ workloads)
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and PowerShell for automation
• Extensive background in HIPAA/PHI/PII, BAA, DSA regulatory frameworks
• Experience with discovery tools (Device42, Azure Migrate) and ServiceNow CMDB

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end technical strategy for migrating workloads to hybrid targets (Azure, AWS, colocation)
• Collaborate with Randstad Technology Director, ARBs, and pods to drive wave planning and governance
• Enforce a structured 10-step migration pipeline from intake to post-migration hypercare
• Ensure regulatory compliance and auditable closeout packages
• Deliver auditable ServiceNow CMDB evidence to enable decommissioning of old data center
