Job summary

11:11 Systems Inc. is seeking a Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations to support planning, provisioning, migrations, and ongoing operation of customer services in 11:11's global cloud infrastructure.

This role prepares and manages customer-facing contract and order documentation, coordinates approvals, and ensures accurate handoffs across Cloud Integrations, Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in contract administration, sales operations, or similar.
• Familiar with quote-to-order workflows for multi-service transactions.
• Experience with CRM, ticketing, or operational systems; Salesforce and ServiceNow preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of cloud infra, migrations, and DocuSign preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts, order docs, and paperwork for Cloud Integrations services and migrations; support internal approvals.
• Manage high volume transactions; validate scope, pricing, terms, and customer requirements.
• Maintain records in Salesforce, ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and other tools.
• Coordinate with engineers, PMs, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Vendors for smooth handoffs.
• Identify and resolve quoting, system, and process issues; track to resolution.
• Obtain approvals, send docs for signature via DocuSign, notify departments of changes.
• Partner with Sales to ensure opportunity values are accurate across stages; generate reports.
• Validate revenue data, assist with invoices/credits, set deployment dates in Salesforce.
• Track commitments, migration milestones, escalations, risks; update stakeholders.
• Follow company policies, data privacy practices, and annual compliance training.
• Additional duties as assigned.
