Job summary

AIP Publishing is hiring a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join a DevSecOps team focused on Azure cloud operations, automation, and security remediation. You will work across Infrastructure, Security, and Development teams to enhance reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities include managing Azure VMs, on-prem transitions, incident response, and implementing automation with PowerShell and AI-powered tooling. Remote-friendly with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience working within a cross-functional Cloud Operations or DevSecOps team.
• Experience using work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira.
• Availability for maintenance windows and after-hours incidents.
• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Operations: manage patching, updates, and lifecycle for Azure VMs and cloud workloads.
• Level 3 Support and Incident Response: act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Identity and Security Support: administer Entra ID, assist with Conditional Access and MFA.
• Collaboration and Delivery: work with stakeholders, use Jira/Azure DevOps to track work.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement: develop PowerShell scripts and automation, explore AI tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization and cloud optimization.
