Job summary

Bixal is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure supporting data, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. You’ll work hands‑on with AWS, Databricks, Terraform, and GitHub Actions while partnering with engineering and security teams to automate, optimize, and strengthen our data platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on AWS cloud infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tooling and modular design.
• Experience administering Databricks environments and Unity Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Own design, deployment, and operations of cloud infrastructure supporting data platforms and AI/ML workloads.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform for AWS and Databricks resources.
• Develop automation tooling using Python, Bash, and cloud APIs.
• Support IAM, security, monitoring, and logging across platforms (Splunk).
• Lead platform improvements and migrations with minimal disruption.
