Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Cloud Architect to lead Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud initiatives. The role blends hands-on architecture with strategy, governance, and security across multi-cloud environments.

Remote or hybrid options are available, with occasional travel to regional offices as needed. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in cloud architecture, strong Azure and Google Cloud expertise, and deep Microsoft 365 security knowledge, including Entra ID and Defender.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud architecture, infrastructure technology, or enterprise IT.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing Microsoft Azure environments.
• Strong Microsoft 365 architecture and security experience (Entra ID, CA, Defender, Purview, Intune).
• Meaningful experience with Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, identity, governance, security, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and migration planning.
• Experience with Azure Arc and hybrid-cloud modernization.
• ERP or Dynamics 365 hosting/integration experience preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted application development or AI adoption a plus.
• Hands-on implementation focus, not only strategy or documentation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cloud architecture strategies across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
• Establish standards for cloud governance, security, identity, networking, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and hosting.
• Design and manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, policies, landing zones, networking, and identity services.
• Establish Google Cloud organizational structures, IAM, organization policies, networking, billing, and hosting standards.
• Lead Microsoft 365 architecture and security initiatives (Entra ID, Conditional Access, Defender, Purview, Intune).
• Develop a roadmap for transitioning workloads from on-premises to cloud platforms.
• Provide architecture guidance for new cloud-based and AI-enabled applications.
• Support ERP applications and Dynamics 365 hosting or integration initiatives.
• Define best practices for SSO, IAM, secrets management, monitoring, patching, and compliance.
• Evaluate technical designs and stay hands-on during implementation, troubleshooting, and PoC work.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure cloud solutions.
• Mentor infrastructure engineers and cross-train teams.
• Drive innovation and advise on future cloud capabilities and platform investments.
