Job summary

MaidThis is a U.S.-based residential cleaning company with a fully remote sales and operations team. We are seeking an experienced salesperson who can do more than answer inquiries and provide quotes, including closing sales and handling objections for U.S. customers.

You will speak with customers, understand needs, recommend services, quote accurately, and push for bookings while maintaining profitability. This is a remote, full-time role with weekend coverage and Pacific Time alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based sales experience.
• Experience selling directly to U.S. customers.
• Experience personally closing your own leads.
• Experience handling real sales objections.
• Experience working toward sales, revenue, booking, or conversion targets.
• Excellent spoken English that U.S. customers can easily understand.
• Strong written communication.
• CRM experience.
• Strong follow-through.
• Comfort working across several browser-based systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries.
• Ask strong discovery questions.
• Understand the customer’s actual needs and priorities.
• Recommend the appropriate service and quote accurately.
• Explain value clearly and handle price objections.
• Close standard residential cleaning sales independently.
• Recommend recurring service when appropriate.
• Follow up with promising customers who do not book immediately.
• Re-engage past customers and qualified opportunities.
• Keep your active pipeline and next steps accurate for Operations.
