LifeSource Water Systems is seeking an experienced closer to run virtual sales consultations with homeowners and sign them on the same day. You will handle the full sales cycle, overcome objections, and close on the call.

Expect a commission-heavy compensation plan with a $150k–$200k annual target, plus draws, bonuses, and incentives. A fast-growing US-based team supports high-volume, warm leads and a home-office setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personally closing consumer deals in a one-call or short-cycle environment.
• Proven track record of hitting individual revenue quotas.
• Comfortable running full virtual demos and closing on the call.
• Proficient with CRM and Excel.
• Home office with reliable internet and quiet space.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Close consumer sales in a one-call or short-cycle environment.
• Lead and complete virtual demos and secure signings on the call.
• Manage customer interactions in the CRM and track progress.
