Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems is seeking a Residential Sales Closer to work in-home with homeowners in or around your territory. You will present, negotiate, and close deals based on company-provided leads and a full support system.

Expect to operate on a 100% commission structure as an independent contractor with weekly pay, ongoing training, and a strong performance-based earnings potential. Applicants should have 3+ years in in-home or high-ticket sales and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales.
• One-call close experience.
• Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor.
• Live within commuting distance of your territory.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Able to run your own schedule without a manager checking in on you.
• Uncapped commission with weekly pay.
• Company-provided leads — No cold calling, no door knocking.

Responsibilities

• In-home appointments around your territory and consultative in-home closes.
• Manage and advance your sales pipeline.
• Close sales after presenting solutions to homeowners.
• Coordinate with in-house appointment-setting team when needed.
