Job summary

LifeSource Water Systems seeks an experienced Residential Sales Closer to handle in-home appointments and closes for salt-free water systems. You will work with vetted homeowners, present solutions, and close deals using our lead flow and in-house support team.

Expect commission-based earnings and weekly payout based on performance. Applicants should have 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales, one-call close experience, and reside within commuting distance of their territory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years closing in-home or high-ticket sales.
• One-call close experience.
• Comfortable working 100% commission as an independent contractor.
• Must live within commuting distance of territory and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-home appointments, present and close deals.
• Run your pipeline and schedule your own appointments with support from an in-house team.
• Utilize company-provided leads and avoid cold calling or door-knocking.
• Manage homeowner financing options and complete the sale through to installation.
