Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking an experienced accounting professional for the Close and Consolidations team to advance close and consolidation initiatives, own programs, drive efficiency, and scale processes. You will manage close communications, maintain artifacts and templates, lead cross-team programs, and partner with Tax, Legal, Treasury and Compliance to ensure alignment and control.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive accounting experience in a large public company.
• CPA preferred; Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required.
• Strong US GAAP foundation; intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation.
• Automation and process-improvement orientation.

Responsibilities

• Co‑lead close optimization and standardization initiatives.
• Own close communications and tracking; maintain operational rhythm.
• Overhaul artifacts, templates, and frameworks for close activity.
• Lead cross-team programs such as close management and consolidation.
• Manage intercompany program with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Compliance.
