Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, clinician support, or scheduling within healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments with strong attention to detail.
• Two or more years’ experience in customer service position.
• Anesthesia scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and clinician support: outline onboarding steps and readiness expectations.
• Scheduling and workforce coordination: build/maintain monthly anesthesia schedules and ensure coverage.
• Payroll and expense support: verify payroll hours and reimbursements.
• Clinician relationship management: be primary contact and promote engagement.
• Offboarding and data accuracy: guide clinicians through offboarding and update records.
• Process and quality improvement: identify workflow improvements and participate in training.
