Qualifications

• Oregon licenses required: LPC/LCSW/LMFT or RN (unrestricted).
• 5 years direct patient care clinical experience.
• 1 year utilization review or medical management experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a remote work environment.
• Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or other behavioral health field; or Bachelor’s in nursing with behavioral health training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise utilization review, care coordination, and case management activities to ensure quality, timeliness, and contractual performance standards.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development support.
• Review and approve timecards and operational documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership and clients regarding contractual requirements, processes, and reporting.
