Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Clinical Trial Operations Associate to support study startup, site management, and live-study monitoring of our remote deployments in US time zones. You will collaborate with clinical research sites, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

You will train sites on device use, monitor progress against timelines, and address operational issues using Zendesk and Asana.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Desire to learn more about analytics, statistics, machine learning, and clinical trials.

Responsabilités

• Support study startup activities with project teams.
• Act as primary site contact to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training to research sites on device use and study protocols.
• Monitor progress to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory standards.
• Escalate operational issues through Zendesk and Asana.
• Provide feedback from sites to inform device and workflow improvements.
