Job summary

ACM Global Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trials Associate Project Manager for a remote US role. The position reports to Study Management and supports end‑to‑end trial activities from setup through closeout, collaborating with internal teams to ensure GLSD adherence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in clinical trials, a preferred Associate's degree, and strong problem‑solving and communication skills. The role includes on‑call duties and regulatory documentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in clinical trials, laboratory or healthcare setting.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent ACM as the client's primary contact, maintaining high service quality.
• Manage low complexity studies per the ACM study assessment tool.
• Review protocols and assist with protocol set‑up functions.
• Develop or support the Global Laboratory Specification Document and procedures.
• Support quality audits and regulatory inspections as required.
• Evaluate and communicate monthly project metrics and financials.
• Own study conduct and ensure client goals and timelines are met.
• Provide On-Call coverage and regulatory documentation handling.
• Develop protocol-specific procedures and assist admin functions.
