Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager/Local Delivery Lead for remote home-based work in the United States. You will provide end-to-end leadership for US clinical study delivery, coordinating with global teams and local operations to meet recruitment, timelines, and budget targets.

The role requires a strong background in oncology trials, Phase I-III experience, and proven stakeholder management in a matrix environment. Travel may be required for certain activities and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of clinical/clinical operations experience.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a local trial manager/local delivery lead managing Oncology Medicine trials.
• Phase I-III Medicines trial experience with solid operational knowledge of clinical research and an understanding of R&D and drug development process.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivery of assigned studies to recruitment targets, timelines, budget and quality expectations.
• Lead US clinical operations team and cross-functional experts, vendors and sites to ensure study execution.
• Collaborate with local medical/regulatory affairs to align local requirements and guidelines.
