Job summary

Route 92 Medical is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate for a US remote role (Pacific/Mountain hours). The position supports day-to-day operations of clinical studies, ensuring compliance and data integrity, acting as a central coordinator among investigators, sponsors, and regulators.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a medical device clinical research role, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain data integrity.
• Familiarity with medical device clinical trial processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track clinical research expenses and validate invoices against the EDC system.
• Develop newsletter drafts and manage distribution lists.
• Manage site contact lists and coordinate with CROs and trial sites.
• Coordinate communication with third-party vendors and trial sites.
• Monitor study supplies and update tracking dashboards.
