Qualifications

• Minimum four-year college in medical/biological/health sciences or equivalent education and experience.
• Pairing CRO/pharma industry experience with site/start-up management is preferred.
• Proficient in cross-cultural communication and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communication lead for site activation start-up and maintenance activities.
• Oversee site activation timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination.
• Track and analyze site activation milestones and status for sponsors and teams.
• Support feasibility and site identification activities as needed.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet critical path deliverables.
