Fortrea is seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to join our Phase I team in the United States. This role supports project management for low-complexity studies, initiates key project documents, and develops trial management tools to track activity and timelines.

You will attend and organize study meetings, distribute agendas and minutes, and maintain project logs and risk registers. This role also involves document transfer to TMF and QA readiness with guidance from senior staff.

Formación

• University/college degree required; clinical research experience may be substituted for education.
• Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.
• Speaking/Writing/Reading: English required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops study documents such as Project Management Plan, Communication Plan, Investigator Package Plan, Risk Register, and Training Matrix.
• Monitors training compliance and updates the training matrix.
• Maintains an internal standardized filing structure for study documents.
• Performs project setup activities (study ID, SAS Environment, eTMF, distribution lists).
• Assists in CTMS setup and updates as required.
• Attends and assists in organization of study meetings; distributes agendas and minutes; maintains logs and lists.
• May assist with TMF document transfer and eTMF audit readiness activities.
• Posts documents to SharePoint/client websites after training; supports process improvements across units.
• May serve as sponsor/site contact during maintenance phases as needed.
• Assists in payments per global finance standards and sponsor training setup.
• Assists with feasibility and site regulatory binders as required.
