Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum three years' progressively responsible administrative, student services, program coordination, compliance, or clinical-training support experience.
• Experience coordinating detailed, deadline-sensitive processes across multiple stakeholders and systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate practicum training operations for the Clinical Psychology program.
• Administer placement approvals, site vetting, contracts, and student compliance.
• Maintain records, reporting, and workflow systems to ensure deadline-driven continuity.
