Job summary

Petaluma Health Center is seeking a CST Supervisor to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership to a team of CST Providers—including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants—delivering essential patient-access and care-coordination services. This leader will oversee workflows, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture across a hybrid workforce.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, or related field.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Epic EHR superuser preferred.
• Active PA or NP license in California required; DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Credentialing and privileging with PHC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and clinical oversight for CST providers.
• Foster a cohesive, remote team through clear communication and virtual meetings.
• Partner with primary care, nursing, call center, and quality teams to promote integrated, patient-centered care.
• Coach, mentor and assess CST staff performance; resolve conflicts when standards are not met.
• Maintain and update the CST Playbook, ensuring workflows and standards are current.
