Job summary

Expressable is a remote-friendly platform delivering speech therapy nationwide. The Clinical Supervisor role is full time, exempt, and leads a team of SLPs, providing day-to-day coaching, supervision, and performance improvement while ensuring quality of care and client satisfaction.

In addition to clinical oversight (65% direct care), you will manage KPI ownership, training, and cross-functional initiatives, with licensure in the resident state required and 40 hours/week availability including

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years post-clinical fellowship.
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings.
• Experience with pediatric assessments.
• Previous leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor SLPs through regular one-on-one meetings focusing on clinical coaching, skill refinement, mentorship, and career development.
• Oversee training and compliance with Expressable tools (Cue, Slack, Reach, Guru, etc.) and identify areas for improvement or training.
• Manage KPI tracking and performance interventions with data-driven plans.
• Conduct evaluations and direct clinical care as needed per organizational needs.
