Job summary

Reflow Medical seeks a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices in commercial and pre-commercial settings. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to drive procedural success, education, and regional sales objectives.

Responsibilities include on-site case coverage, product education, and ensuring safe utilization. A strong RN/RT background and peripheral procedure experience are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Technologist (RT) accreditation required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for broader responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for peripheral vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe product utilization per company guidelines and Instructions for Use.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical data, trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per company and customer guidelines.
