Job summary

Reflow Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices. The role collaborates with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to drive procedural success and regional sales objectives.

Ideal candidates are RN or RT with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and experience in peripheral procedures is required, with additional coronary procedure experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN or RT or similar accreditation required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in peripheral procedures required; coronary procedural experience preferred.
• Medical device industry experience preferred (required for Clinical Specialist II).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for Peripheral Vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization in accordance with guidelines and Instructions for Use.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per company and customer guidelines.
