Job summary

Reflow Medical is hiring a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices in commercial and pre-commercial settings. You will work with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to support procedural success, product education, and regional sales objectives.

The role requires RN/RT or similar accreditation, strong communication skills, and experience with peripheral procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with peripheral procedures is required; coronary procedures are a plus.
• Prior medical device industry experience is preferred for senior level.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for peripheral vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization in accordance with guidelines and Instructions for Use.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per guidelines.
