Job summary

Reflow Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and technical support for peripheral vascular devices in remote settings across Dallas and surrounding markets. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Managers to facilitate procedural success and education.

The role requires RN/RT licensure or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience in peripheral procedures. Prior medical device experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience with peripheral procedural environments preferred.
• Strong relationship-building with healthcare providers required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site procedural case coverage for Peripheral Vascular interventions.
• Deliver product education and in-service training to physicians, nurses, and technologists.
• Support safe and effective product utilization per guidelines and IFU.
• Partner with Territory Managers to support account development and sales growth.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Communicate field insights to internal teams.
• Maintain knowledge of clinical data, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage trunk stock and consignment inventory per guidelines.
• Process purchase orders per guidelines.
