The role requires 3–5 years of clinical experience, an active license, and strong documentation and communication skills. It is a 12-week engagement with flexible 20/40 hour per week options and overlap with Pacific time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create challenging clinical tasks, longitudinal-chart scenarios and evaluation rubrics.
• Synthesize fragmented records, identify contradictions and assess clinical reasoning.
• Review and calibrate cases through calibration cycles.
• Ensure documentation quality and patient safety.
