Sovrano AI seeks licensed clinicians for fully remote, project-based work evaluating frontier AI in real clinical scenarios. You create cases from your practice, run them through models, and judge outcomes as you would a colleague's plan.

You set your own schedule and are paid hourly, with a rate of $40 to $125 USD per hour and a minimum of 10 hours per week. Independent contractor status, PayPal payments.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in the US/UK/Ireland/Canada/Australia.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, completed or in progress.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical practice preferred.
• Independent contractor with remote work and PayPal payments.

Responsabilités

• Create tasks from your clinical work and build related materials.
• Run tasks through frontier AI models and judge results by professional standards.
• Weigh model answers and explain which holds up against criteria.
• Write grading rubrics and document your reasoning in writing.
• Review and improve tasks written by other clinicians.
