Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Social Workers to contribute their clinical expertise to the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. This remote, contract opportunity requires real-world clinical judgment to justify why a response is appropriate or where it falls short.

You will help create realistic clinical scenarios, develop expert reference responses, and evaluate AI outputs for clinical accuracy, ethical practice, safety, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LCSW license in the United States.
• At least 2 years of clinical practice after licensure.
• Experience with case conceptualization, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
• Strong written English and clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create realistic clinical scenarios involving intake, assessment, safety planning, resource navigation, and ethical dilemmas.
• Develop expert reference responses that reflect sound clinical judgment and established practice principles.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, appropriateness, ethics, and risk handling.
