Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Site Contracts Manager to join our European team with the flexibility to work remotely from eligible European countries. You will review, draft and negotiate a range of agreements including site contracts and vendor contracts while aligning deliverables with study timelines.

The role requires CRO/healthcare contracting experience, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple negotiations in a virtual environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree.
• Experience in CRO/healthcare field.
• 5+ years drafting, reviewing, negotiating site CTAs, VCs, budget negotiations.
• Experience leading interactions with study teams and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate site contracts and related agreements.
• Coordinate with study teams and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.
• Track and report contract status and milestones.
• Maintain contract files and databases, including archiving.
• Develop and implement contracting policies to meet timelines.
• Identify process improvements and take corrective actions.
• Other tasks as assigned.
