Job summary

AlignRx is a Public Benefit LLC focused on supporting community pharmacies through clinical programs and billing services to improve patient care. The Clinical Services Representative will help network pharmacies engage in clinical programs and transform practice beyond dispensing.

The role emphasizes outreach, coaching, billing support, and performance reviews to drive revenue and quality. Strong customer service and knowledge of Medicare Part D and platforms like Outcomes and EQUIPP are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years in community pharmacy or healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to pharmacies regarding payer program revenue opportunities.
• Compile and maintain listing of barriers identified during outreach and present to team.
• Provide practice transformation coaching using online tools and resources.
• Provide medical billing support and troubleshoot inquiries.
• Enhance pharmacy medical billing knowledge and expertise.
• Conduct pharmacy clinical quality and performance reviews for optimization and revenue.
• Train staff on revenue from platforms such as Outcomes, MedMonitor and EQUIPP.
• Maintain familiarity with public health initiatives in pharmacy.
• Respond to pharmacy inquiries to the Clinical Services team.
• Support monitoring of clinical program participation and revenue earned.
