Job summary

HeartLine is seeking a Clinical Services Quality Improvement Coordinator to lead service-quality monitoring across all agency programs, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable reports that drive improvements in clinical and customer service outcomes.

The role partners with trainers, shift supervisors, managers, and program teams; remote after an initial training period, with residency in Oklahoma required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Background in mental health or crisis intervention helpful
• Experience with quality improvement processes desirable

Responsibilities

• Conduct QI reviews for calls, chats, texts across programs
• Evaluate weekly interactions to meet 70%+ standard
• Prepare weekly reports highlighting focus areas and performance
• Participate in calibration meetings with clinical and operations teams
• Collaborate with program teams to identify trends and ensure consistency
• Document QI results in approved forms and reporting systems
• Assist with additional QI tasks as needed
• Handle data entry for tracking systems
