Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Clinical Services Project Manager I for a fully remote contract role. The candidate will oversee low- to medium-complexity clinical and laboratory projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical clients, CROs, and site investigators, coordinating data and biospecimen workflows. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of project management or clinical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management and/or clinical trial management in a regulated environment (CRO/diagnostic/pharma).
• Experience managing clinical or lab services projects with defined timelines and budgets.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities; effective cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clinical testing and laboratory services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Establish and monitor detailed project timelines and cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify bottlenecks and risks early; implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for pharmaceutical clients, CROs, and site investigators.
