Guideway Care is seeking a Clinical Service Lead (CSL), a non-exempt, front-line operational leadership role focused on day-to-day execution of clinical service and ensuring delivery, workflow stability, and partner coordination. The CSL does not manage staff but acts as an execution partner to leadership while staying closely connected to frontline workflows.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in a compact state.
• Strong operations and workflow management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for partners.
• Analytical mindset to monitor performance metrics.
• Ability to work within role boundaries and escalation processes.
• High attention to detail and compliance with documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical service workflows to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Stabilize workflows, assign cases, and coordinate outreach.
• Serve as operations contact for external partners and coordinate deliverables.
• Prepare and present routine performance and workflow reports.
• Allocate 20-50% of time to direct production work.
• Support onboarding and training on protocols and systems.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and attendance; escalate risks.
• Approve timecards and assist scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools and processes.
• Maintain PHI compliance and partner documentation.
• Support change management and adoption of changes.
• Perform other duties to support mission.
