Job summary

Alliance Health seeks a Clinical Service Evaluator II to design, conduct, and report program evaluations for services delivered to recipients. You will analyze data, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and communicate findings to stakeholders to drive continuous quality improvement.

The role is remote with North Carolina residency required; some onsite travel to the Home office may be needed. Provisional appointment tied to funding, with a strong emphasis on research and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sociology, economics, psychology or related social science with two years post-degree experience in data analysis or evaluation.
• Preferred: five years of experience in behavioral health, statistics, program evaluation or quality management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design evaluation projects based on program plans and measures.
• Collect, analyze, and report performance data and outcomes.
• Create charts, data reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments to promote use of evaluation results for quality improvement.
