Job summary

Evergen is seeking a Full-Time Clinical professional to provide on-site clinical support to surgeons and staff across the US. Remote work is available, with travel up to 60% to ORs and customer sites. A nursing or biomedical background with 5+ years of clinical experience is required, with RN/CST licensure a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years in a clinical or surgical setting, preferably in medical devices.
• RN/CST certification or licensure is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% to provide field and OR support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site clinical support to surgeons, medical staff, and sales during procedures.
• Demonstrate proper use and benefits of our devices and surgical solutions.
• Address clinical inquiries and troubleshoot in real time.
• Support sales teams with clinical insights during visits and product demonstrations.
• Assist in the OR to ensure proper device setup and usage.
• Monitor and observe procedures to offer technical and clinical support.
• Collaborate with OR staff to optimize patient outcomes and safety.
