Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Lead Coordinator - Clinical Review (LPN/RN) for the California Independent Medical Review team. This fully remote, non-bedside role involves reviewing medical records, identifying key clinical information, and preparing concise summaries for expert review.

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license valid in the state of practice is required.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience required.
High School Degree and 2 years clinical experience; Associates Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education or experience.

Responsibilities

Review medical documentation to ensure sufficiency for completing clinical summary template.
Complete clinical summary template.
Review requested treatments for accurate entry.
Review expert specialty designation for accuracy; escalate cases as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
