Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a health-related field required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience with professional billing and charging focus.
• Consulting experience in professional services or consulting role.
• Expertise in professional revenue cycle management, physician coding and charge capture.
• Certifications such as CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA, or CPMA preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client interaction skills.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities
