Ideal candidates will have hands-on professional billing/coding experience, familiarity with EMR systems like Athena or Epic, and a track record in consulting or professional services. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or health-related field required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience focused on professional billing, coding, and charging.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting role is essential.
• Expertise in professional revenue cycle management and physician coding/charge capture.
• Licensure or certifications (e.g., CPC, COC, CPPM, CRCR, CIRCC, RHIA, CPMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical revenue management tasks for Professional Billing projects.
• Apply technical expertise to deliver high-quality analysis and process-improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with client leadership to influence operations and outcomes.
• Engage cross-functionally with internal teams to drive client solutions.
• Travel up to 25% to client sites as needed.
